Who We Are

Compassionate, Professional Support – When It Matters Most

At Enable Ltd, we provide trusted, tailored support services that help individuals navigate life’s most challenging transitions with dignity and peace of mind. Whether it’s daily assistance at home, laterlife planning, or a move into residential care, our goal is simple: to make life easier.

Founded by Emily Allchurch, a solicitor with over 20 years of legal experience, Enable Ltd was created to bridge the gap between traditional legal services, social care, and real-world support. Emily’s vision was to deliver a service that’s professional but personal, offering practical solutions with genuine compassion.

Our Story

Emily Allchurch - Founder

“Our journey began when, as a solicitor, I encountered firsthand the financial abuse of vulnerable adults and a system that often failed to protect them. The devastating impact of this abuse, ignited a passion within me to create a solution that could make a real difference.

Understanding the need for a reliable, professional, and affordable “attorneyship” service, I set out to build a business that would empower those most at risk. Our slogan is “Like having a competent family member on tap!”  This vision became the cornerstone of our mission, driving us to bridge the gap in a broken system and advocate for those who are often overlooked.

At the heart of our mission are our core values: Best interest, advocacy, innovation, safeguarding, and communication.

We wouldn’t be able to achieve the life changing results for our clients without an incredible team.  We prioritise regular team briefings and ongoing training to foster collaboration and growth.”

Our Biggest Challenges

We strive to keep our services affordable amidst the rising cost of living. We actively seek grants, ensure our clients benefit from the best tariffs for utilities and insurance, and assist them in claiming benefits to fund our services.

Compliance and efficiency is paramount. We've made substantial investments in top-tier CRM systems and adhere strictly to the guidelines set forth by the Court of Protection, the Mental Capacity Act and the Solicitors Regulation Authority, ensuring that we operate at the highest standards.

Our Goal

Our ultimate goal is to ensure that our services are accessible nationwide, empowering anyone who needs support to access the help they require. We envision a future where everyone can rely on a trusted, reliable, and professional support service to advocate on their behalf.

“On a personal level, my connection to this mission runs deep. I have always felt a strong pull towards the justice side of the legal profession. For me, this work is about giving a voice to those who do not have one and ensuring that dignity and respect are upheld throughout their lives. We strive to empower individuals to live well and live longer, making a real and lasting positive difference for those we support.”
