Whether you need help registering a death, notifying family members and authorities, arranging the funeral service, securing property, or handing over to probate, our expert team will ensure that everything is managed professionally, respectfully, and in line with your wishes.

Our standard Rest Assured service provides full funeral coordination, estate administration, and legal support, ensuring everything is handled with care and professionalism.

Our Standard Rest Assured Package

Cost - £1000 Fixed Fee + VAT

    • Contacting friends and family to notify them of the death

    • Liaising with undertakers, hospitals, and care homes for body removal

    • Liaising with the coroner’s office (if required)

    • Sourcing registration details via background checks and property visits

    • Attending the property to safeguard documents and valuables

    • Attending the registrar in person to register the death

    • Obtaining death certificates

    • Completing the ‘Tell Us Once’ service to notify pensions, DWP, local authorities, and utility companies

    • Arranging funeral plans and liaising with providers and undertakers

    • Booking service dates, coordinating with friends, family, and crematoriums/churches

    • Handling music choices, readings, flowers, and newspaper notices (if required)

    • Organising and attending funerals, burials, and wakes (if required)

    • Arranging gravestones or memorials (if required)

    • Locating and sourcing the Will or intestate information

    • Preparing a full asset and liability report for probate solicitors

    • Attending meetings with probate solicitors and assisting with estate handover

    • Managing any queries or follow-ups related to probate and estate matters

Rest Assured + Our Property Package

If property management, clearance, or tenancy issues need to be addressed, adding our Property package provides additional services to ensure everything is taken care of smoothly. This package includes all the services from the standard Rest Assured package.

Cost - £1500 Fixed Fee + VAT

    • Attending the property to secure valuables and documents

    • Changing property insurance to unoccupied status

    • Organising key safes or changing locks (if required)

    • Handling insurance requirements such as heating and water system drainage

    • Returning care equipment (e.g., NRS equipment, Careline, mobility aids)

    • Arranging remedial work with tradespeople before end of tenancy or sale (if required)

    • Organising property clearance and deep cleaning

    • Obtaining property valuations (if required)

    • Liaising with estate agents, solicitors, and landlords

    • Handing back keys and managing tenancy closures

    • Rehoming pets (if required)

    • Managing final utility payments and closing accounts

    • Arranging SORN for vehicles and cancelling insurance
